If you are experiencing a software issue, what is needed is as much detail as you can provide about the problem, as well as the approximate time the problem started.
NO. We are a services only company. We will assist potential clients and guide them on the correct part needed to resolve that hardware issue. We mainly perform initial troubleshooting, installation/replacement, repair.
WE DO NOT perform hardware support for mobile devices at this time. Macs are case by case basis. We mainly focus on desktops, laptops, and printers.
